Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

The Webshop uses the following delivery partners:

• Omniva parcel terminals

• SmartPosti parcel terminals

• DPD parcel terminals

• UniSend parcel terminals

The delivery cost is paid by the buyer and the exact fee is displayed next to each delivery option during checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania from the moment the sales agreement enters into force.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Alternative handover methods (e.g., meeting in person or shipping through another agreed-upon channel) may be arranged upon separate agreement.
In such cases, delivery fees and timelines will be agreed on individually.
If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
