Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product & Price Information

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Webshop.

The prices of the products sold in the Webshop are displayed next to each product.
The delivery fee is added to the price of the goods.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method.
The applicable delivery fee is shown to the buyer during checkout.

Information about the goods is provided directly on the product page in the Webshop.

All prices displayed in the Webshop are in euros (€).

Accepted payment methods include:

– Baltic and Finnish bank payments via Maksekeskus (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Citadele, Revolut, N26, etc.)
– Estonian bank links via Maksekeskus (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank)
– Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa debit and credit cards
– Bank transfer based on invoice

PISAK OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

Placing an Order

To place an order, the buyer must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, the buyer must fill in the required information fields and choose the preferred delivery method.

The total amount of the invoice will then be displayed, and the buyer can pay securely via bank link or other available payment methods.

The sales agreement enters into force once the payment has been received on the Webshop’s bank account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification date.
